Because our services are customized and digital in nature, all sales are generally final.
Refund requests are evaluated individually. Refunds may not be available once work has begun or
deliverables have been provided.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a project before work begins. If a project is canceled after work has started, fees may
apply based on the amount of work completed.
Delivery of Services
Service delivery timelines vary depending on the scope of the project and will be communicated to the
