Goal Marketing provides digital marketing, branding, and design services. In addition to digital deliverables, we may offer certain physical products and promotional materials, including but not limited to business cards, magnets, printed marketing materials, and other branded items.

Digital services and deliverables are provided electronically through email, cloud storage, or other mutually agreed methods. Delivery timelines for digital projects vary depending on the scope and complexity of each project and will be communicated to the client before work begins.

Physical Products and Promotional Materials
Certain products and promotional items may be delivered physically to the client. These may include:

-Magnets
-Printed marketing materials
-Promotional products
-Other branded merchandise
Production and shipping times may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, and the client's location.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated production and delivery schedules are communicated to the client during the ordering process or before work begins. Delivery times may vary based on project requirements, printing schedules, shipping carriers, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Methods
Physical products may be shipped using reputable third-party carriers. Shipping costs, when applicable, will be disclosed to the client before the order is finalized.
Delays
In certain circumstances, production and delivery times may be affected by revisions, additional requests, client response times, supplier availability, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events. Goal Marketing will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant delays and provide updated timelines whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a physical order is lost or arrives damaged, clients should contact us promptly so that we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
